Yoga is traditionally practiced daily. It is recommended to practice yoga at least 3 times per week, 5-6 times a week for maximum results.
First-time students at our studio, can purchase an Introductory Special for $40. This gives newcomers 30 consecutive days of unlimited classes. It is a great opportunity to become acquainted with our instructors and our studio, while experiencing the benefits of Moksha Yoga on a personal level.
Check out our schedule to find our Karma classes (Moksha style) and Community classes (Moksha style taught by new instructors). These classes offer a more affordable option of "pay-what-you can" (minimum $7) per class.
Commit to a more regular practice by signing up for a year, and you'll pay only $105 a month. If after 4 months, you want to opt out of this plan, no problem.
