  • All classes are drop in.  Reservations are not necessary unless specified.


  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class time, latecomers are not permitted.


  • Bring a bath sized towel, yoga mat, and bottle water (which are all available to rent or buy at the studio). Click here for more info
