Intro to Hot Yoga!

These classes are very popular with all students, and are also designed for those who are looking to try Moksha Hot Yoga for the very first time. The setting is particularly suited and designed for first timers, as well as more experienced students who wish to learn more about the series. Lowered heat, detailed instruction, and a Q & A period at the end of each session will help you get the most out of your yoga practice.

Health and Wellness

We would like to introduce a new addition to our wellness team, Vanessa Petronelli.  She will be volunteering at the studio for the next couple months contributing to wellness programs here at MYM.

MYM Energy Exchange Program

Green Tip of the Month Video

One of the central ideas in yoga philosophy is ‘ahimsa’ or ‘non-harming’. In the Moksha community we work together to practice ahimsa toward the environment. If you’d like to join us in this collective effort check out the monthly videos for some simple ideas on how to create less of an environmental impact in day to day living.

Posture Tip of the Month Video

Sometimes in class it can be difficult to pick out all the yoga gems that instructors are providing! These posture tip videos, taught by Moksha teachers across Canada, allow for a closer look at how to move deeper in feeling what a postures is all about. This info can then be taken right back into the hot room and infused with breath for a whole new experience.
